How to read this report.Baserock compiles publicly available and licensed records into a plain-English summary of what's on file. It reports facts as at the dates shown — it is not a rating, recommendation, or guarantee, and it doesn't replace confirming details directly with the Building and Plumbing Commission, reading the full records, or getting your own contract and legal advice before you sign. A listing on any register is a record, not a finding.
